The app records default data items such as body weight, body fat percentage, BMI, and various other health metrics. You can hide any default data items if needed and add your own custom data items for personalized tracking.

Keep track of medical visits by inputting appointment details to receive timely notifications. The Data Records screen captures your numerical values for diet and test results, while the Graph Screen visualizes this data for easy understanding.

The Settings Screen offers configuration options for basic information, display preferences, recording master data, and more. Ensure to set your gender and height for accurate calculations of normal ranges and BMI. Export functionality enables you to save test data, diet information, and medical expenses in CSV format for easy transfer to external devices or software.

Utilize AirDrop, the iOS email app, or cloud storage services for exporting data securely. For reliable file attachment, we recommend using the native iOS email app over third-party alternatives.
